We’ve been so thrilled by the response to Berangkat in the Skies, all three services are now sold out. Thank you to everyone who purchased a seat.
We’re keeping the weekend going with Izakaya in the Skies, the Berangkat in the Skies afterparty.
Join @intheskieslawn Head Chef @simonjamesholloway and AURI’s Spiz @plspizzica as they fire up the grill with karaage, yakitori skewers and izakaya favourites, alongside sake, beers and shochu sours.
Whether you have a Berangkat seat or are simply stopping by, come for a bite, stay for a drink.

Kyoto is coming to Lorne.
This August, Auri Special Projects are bringing Berangkat for their first Australian residency to In the Skies for three special days.
Joining us is guest chef Tetsu Yoshioka and his team, travelling from Kyoto to share the food, spirit and hospitality that have made Berangkat such a beloved gathering place.
“This collaboration feels especially meaningful to us. Berangkat has long been a place we return to, a gathering place that has become part of our Kyoto story. To bring a little of that magic to Lorne is something we’re incredibly excited to share”
